Award low bid to Ticket Services, LLC for demolition and debris removal services for 10 houses under the 2023 Clearance Grant and authorize Mayor Willis to enter into contract for said services 15. Bernard Mitchell – Speed bump on Theater Street 16. Councilman Fuselier – Discuss grass cutting within the City Limits, including neutral ground, sidewalks, nuisance and adjudicated properties 17. Authorize Mayor Willis to execute Consulting Services Master Agreement with Frank Ledoux, P.E. 18.
