City Council Regular Meeting

Special Meeting Minutes Star City Council November 8, 2006 A special meeting of the Star City Council was held on November 8, 2006 at 6:00 pm at the Star Fire Station, Star, Idaho. Mayor Nathan Mitchell called the meeting to order and all stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Councilpersons Tammy McDaniel, Dustin Christopherson, Tom Erlebach and Chad Bell were all present. Approval of Agenda: Christopherson moved to approve the agenda, Erlebach seconded the motion. All aye: motion carried. Consent Agenda: The Consent Agenda consisted of Approval of the October 17, 2006 Regular Meeting Minutes, Approval of October 24, 2006 Special Meeting Minutes and Claims Against the City for October 2006. Bell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, McDaniel seconded the motion. All aye: motion carried. New Business: Canvass of Votes - Mayor Mitchell read the official canvass: Total voters - 1085 FOR AGAINST Mayor Mitchell 418 666 Councilman Bell 395 683 Councilman Christopherson 419 665 Councilwoman McDaniel 408 675 McDaniel moved to approve the canvass of the votes, Bell seconded the motion. All aye: motion canied. Adjournment: Bell moved to adjourn the meeting, McDaniel seconded the motion. Bob Moore stated that he was very happy for the turn out and congratulated the Mayor and Council. The Mayor announced that City Hall would be closed on Thursday due to a gas line change and Friday in observance of Veteran's Day. All aye: motion caiTied. The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
