City Council Special Meeting

CITY OF STAR SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES November 7, 2001 A special meeting of the Star City Council was held on November 7, 2001 at 7:00 pm at the Star Fire Station; Mayor Gussie O’Connor presiding. ROLL CALL: Glasgow, Dias, Stegenga, Benedict; all were present. CANVASS OF VOTES: Stegenga moved to approve the prepared election tabulation provided by the Election Judge and Clerks and finalized results. Results being: Shawnel Gillaspy - 66 Gail Glasgow - 86 Nathan Mitchell -109 Bill Sargent - 80 Connie Spence - 89 Jack Warner - 28 Nathan Mitchell and Connie Spence being the elected officials. Dias seconded the motion. All aye: motion carried. ACHD 5 YEAR WORK PLAN: Glasgow moved to adopt the Star TIP Request as amended (see attached copy) and copies be sent to Community Planning, Ada County Highway District, Idaho Transportation and copies to be given to all developers. Stegenga seconded the motion. All aye: motion carried. Glasgow stated that the 1969 Mustang has been removed from the Cluffs property. ADJOURNMENT: Dias moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.
