Special Council Meeting Minutes
January 15, 2004

Present: Mayor Nathan Mitchell, Councilman Chad Bell, Tom Erlebach and Dustin
Christopherson
Animal Control: Council reviewed Ada County Animal Control Ordinance and directed
staff to draft an Ordinance.
Area of City Impact: Council reviewed Area of City Impact, future Arewa of City
Impact, and lands left in existing Area of City Impact to be annexed. Council directed
staff to process application with Ada County.
Flood Plain: Council reviewed FEMA's technical bulletin for allowance of below grade
crawlspaces, and directed staff to prepare for amendment to the Flood Plain Ordinance.
Meeting was adjourned.
