Rural Community Block Grant Application – The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony on the creation of an Idaho Viticulture Research Center. The Cities of Star and Eagle and Vinemakers, LLC. are applying for a Rural Community Block Grant to construct a research building and custom crush facility in Eagle, Idaho and nursery/greenhouse/foundation block facility in Star, Idaho. 4.
