City Council Special Meeting

Star City Council Special Meeting Minutes November 5, 2009 A teleconference special meeting of the Star City Council was held on November 5, 2009 at Star City Hall at 9:00 am. Mayor Nathan Mitchell called the meeting to order. Callers Present: Council persons Dustin Christopherson, Tom Erlebach, and Chad Bell were all present. Council woman Tammy McDaniel was absent. Approval of the Claims Against the City: Bell moved to approve the Claims Against the City for the month of October, Erlebach seconded the motion. Christopherson asked to have a notice go out to Committee members regarding bills. A notice will be sent out that no bills will be paid without the prior approval of Council. All ayes: motion carried. Canvas of the Vote: Christopherson moved to approve the canvas of the votes (see attached), Bell seconded the motion. Roll Call: Bell, Christopherson and Erlebach, all aye: motion carried. Adjournment: Christopherson moved to adjourn the meeting, Erlebach seconded the motion.
