City of Star Council Special Meeting Minutes A Special Meeting of the Star City Council was held on April 30, 2019 at the Star City Hall, 10769 W. State Street, Star, Idaho. Mayor Chad Bell called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll Call: Michael Keyes, Trevor Chadwick and Kevin Nielsen were present: David Hershey was absent. Approval of the Agenda: Chadwick moved to approve the agenda, Keyes seconded the motion. All ayes: motion carried. Resolution No. 19-02 Comprehensive Plan Text and Map: Keyes moved to approve the Resolution No. 19-02 Comprehensive Plan Text and Map, a Resolution of the Star City Council, Star, Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho, repealing and replacing the City’s Comprehensive Plan Map and Text; and providing an effective date, Chadwick seconded the motion. All ayes: motion carried. Executive Session: Chadwick moved to go into Executive Session under Idaho Code Section 74-206 (1)(c) Real Estate Acquisition, Nielsen seconded the motion. Roll call vote: All ayes; motion carried. Hershey called in to participate in the executive session. The City Council exited the Executive Session at 8:37 pm.
