City Council Special Meeting- Emergency Meeting

City of Star Emergency Meeting Minutes September 23, 2014 An Emergency meeting of the Star City Council was held on September 23, 2014 at 9:30 am at the Star City Hall, 10769 W. State Street, Star, Idaho. Mayor Nathan Mitchell called the meeting to order. Present: Mayor Mitchell stated that Councilman Chad Bell and Tom Erlebach were present by telephone and Councilman Richard Lockett was present; Councilwoman Tammy McDaniel was absent. The Mayor stated that the Emergency meeting was called to award the bid for the Hunter’s Creek Restroom/Concession Building. The bids ranged from $203,000 to $253,000. The low bidder at $203,000 was Dave Allen Construction. The new building will match the dugouts. Bell moved to award the bid to Dave Allen Construction in the amount of $203,000 and to have the Mayor sign the bid award and notice to proceed, Erlebach seconded the motion. All aye: motion carried.
