Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes • Previous meeting minutes were reviewed and approved without changes. 3. Member Reports • Time Capsule Artifacts: Discussion held regarding items to be included. • Catapult Bill: Must be sent before September; a designated member is managing the payment. • Museum Planning: Museum site identified near the Riverhouse, with anticipated opening next year. 4. Budget Review • Try to keep the budget lean, approach council if necessary. • Catapult bill noted as a pending expense. 5. Historic Building Catalog • Contact made with the State Historic Preservation Office (Historic Preservation Planner). • Focus will be on historic designation rather than forming a historic district. • Once cataloging is complete, City Council will designate a historic downtown with a Res. • Continue cataloging historic buildings. • Move forward with Riverhouse museum project. 6.
