2A. Holiday Lighting Contest
After roll call, the meeting adjourned for a van tour of the holiday lighting contest entries.
3A. Holiday Lighting Contest Winners
Following the conclusion of the van tour, PABC decided on the following winners and honorable
mentions of the holiday lighting contest.

A. Roll call and call to order
2. MEMBER REPORTS
A. Christmas Lights Judging - members of the Star Parks, Arts, & Beautification Committee will tour the
City by vehicle from 6:00-7:00 p.m. for purposes of judging the entrants of the Christmas Lights
Contest. A quorum of members is expected to be present.
3. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS TO CITY COUNCIL
A. The Parks, Arts, & Beautification Committee is anticipated to return to Star City Hall at approximately
7:00 p.m. at the conclusion of the van tour and will vote on the winners of the Christmas Lights
Contest (ACTION ITEM)
4. ADJOURNMENT
A. Adjournment until the next Parks, Arts, & Beautification Committee Special Workshop meeting of
January 13, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., Location To Be Announced
