Consider and reaffirm the February 29, 2024 Special Emergency Council Meeting Borough Council decision on Resolution 2024-R-10, which declared a state of emergency on the Steelton Elks and approved, ratified, and extended Mayor Dent’s State of Emergency Proclamation 2024-1, dated February 23, 2024 to March 19, 2024 at 9:00AM, unless otherwise amended, rescinded, or extended by Borough Council.
