A resident recently submitted an e-mail inquiring as to if
the city would consider creating community garden sites
much like they do in Troy. Board members and Community

has become common throughout the tri-county area, including
churches in Sterling Heights. Some community gardens provide
food for the needy. The idea is to make garden sites available

report back to the board as to the feasibility of the commission
undertaking such a project.
