Chairman Pitrone called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
PRESENT: John Pitrone, Chairman, Kenneth Cooper, Vice-Chairman, Joseph DiGaetano,
Robert Ervin, Secretary, Jennifer Hartson, Horst Hrinciuc, Code Enforcement Officer, Michael
Viazanko, Building Official

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Commissioner Cooper, supported by Commissioner Hartson to approve agenda as
presented.
Yes: All. Absent: None. Motion carried.
ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE NOTIFIED BY MAIL
Mr. Viazanko indicated that he is in receipt of a list of people notified by mail of tonight’s
meeting.
CORRESPONDENCES
Mr. Viazanko indicated that he had one correspondence for tonight. It is as follows: G12-0020;
the nuisances have been abated and there is no further cause for action.
CONSIDERATIONS
G12-0017 Federal National Mortgage Assoc.
14541 Clinton River Road - Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for wood pallets,
broken sump pump lead, no fence around pool, outside storage – shelves, swing, lawn chairs,
pool supplies and other miscellaneous items.
Horst Hrinciuc, Code Enforcement Officer, stated a couple of violation notices were sent. As of
today, some of the issues have been corrected. The following violations still exist: for no fence
around the pool. Pictures were shown at this time.
Mr. Hrinciuc received contact from Safeguard and said that the fence and a safety cover are on
order. In the meantime, Mr. Hrinciuc would like a temporary safety cover installed since the
home is in foreclosure.
Motion by Commissioner Cooper, supported by Commissioner Hartson to declare that a public
nuisance exists on the property commonly known 14541 Clinton River Road and to direct the
Code Official to abate the violations identified in the attached staff report immediately. The
Board also authorizes and approves the imposition of a lien against the property, in the amount
of the cost of abatement incurred by the City, as permitted by the applicable city ordinance.

G12-0018 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
37723 Andrew Drive. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for branch piles in the
backyard and car motor in the driveway.
Horst Hrinciuc, Code Enforcement Officer, stated a couple of violation notices were sent. As of
today, the car motor has been removed. The following violations still exist: for branch piles in
the backyard. Pictures were shown at this time.
Motion by Commissioner Hartson, supported by Commissioner Cooper to declare that a public
nuisance exists on the property commonly known 37723 Andrew Drive and to direct the Code
Official to abate the violations identified in the attached staff report immediately. The Board
also authorizes and approves the imposition of a lien against the property, in the amount of the
cost of abatement incurred by the City, as permitted by the applicable city ordinance.

G12-0019 Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.
3534 Pipers Glen Drive. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for improperly stored
garbage cans, oil stains in driveway, un-covered pool, debris – broken concrete, paper, wood,
metal, plastic buckets and other miscellaneous items.
Horst Hrinciuc, Code Enforcement Officer, stated a couple of violation notices were sent. As of
today, some issues have been taken care of. The following violations still exist: for un-covered
pool. Pictures were shown at this time.
Motion by Commissioner Hartson, supported by Commissioner Cooper to declare that a public
nuisance exists on the property commonly known 3534 Pipers Glen Drive and to direct the Code
Official to abate the violations identified in the attached staff report immediately. The Board
also authorizes and approves the imposition of a lien against the property, in the amount of the
cost of abatement incurred by the City, as permitted by the applicable city ordinance.

G12-0020 Chase Home Finance, LLC.
4074 Chapman Drive - Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for outside storage – tires,
scaffolds and other miscellaneous items.
Memo received from Code Enforcement Officer, Al Gross stating that the nuisance has been
abated and there is no further cause for action.
G12-0021 Chamberlain, Hardy & Marilynn/Flagstar Bank
34405 Mound Road. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for fence in disrepair,
missing downspout extension and debris – fence post, plastic crate, chairs, tarp, branches and
other miscellaneous items.
Horst Hrinciuc, Code Enforcement Officer, stated a couple of violation notices were sent. As of
today, there has been no change. The following violations still exist: missing dryer vent cover,
missing window on garage service door, fence needs to be repaired, debris in landscape beds –
newspapers and other miscellaneous items. Pictures were shown at this time.
Mr. Hrinciuc stated that in addition to the above violations, there is a broken window pane and
the deck needs to be painted.
Motion by Commissioner Ervin, supported by Commissioner Cooper to declare that a public
nuisance exists on the property commonly known 34405 Mound Road and to direct the Code
Official to abate the violations identified in the attached staff report immediately. The Board
also authorizes and approves the imposition of a lien against the property, in the amount of the
cost of abatement incurred by the City, as permitted by the applicable city ordinance.
