HR Manager Baldwin noted that the Commission will need to approve new Police Officer eligibility requirements and list. Administration is currently working on defining those requirements. Chair Jarema inquired whether or not the meetings could be more efficient if these items were put on the same meeting. HR Manager Baldwin explained that while Administration tries its best to put multiple items on the same agenda, sometimes deadlines and continued negotiations with the unions do not always coincide. Additionally, eligibility lists are exhausted more frequently due to low candidate pools, which causes the need for more meetings. 8. Adjourn. Moved by Griesbeck, supported by Conlan, to adjourn the meeting at 11:19 a.m. Yes: All No: None The motion carried. _____________________________ Melanie D. Ryska, City Clerk
