Meeting called to order and roll call Chairman Carufel called the meeting to order at 11:01 AM Commissioners present: John Gardiner, Joseph Niman, Jr., and Mark Carufel – City Clerk. 2. Approval of Agenda Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to approve the agenda as presented. Yes: All Motion carried. 3. Approval of meeting minutes of July 31, 2013 Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the meeting minutes of July 31, 2013. Yes: All Motion carried. 4. Appointment of election inspectors for the November 5, 2013 city general election. Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to approve the list of Election Inspectors for the November 5, 2013 city general election. Yes: All Motion carried. 5. Appointment of election inspectors to the Receiving Board for the November 5, 2013 city general election. Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the list of election inspectors appointed to the Receiving Board for the November 5, 2013 city general election. Yes: All Motion carried. 6.
