Meeting called to order and roll call Chairman Carufel called the meeting to order at 10:05 AM Commissioners present: John Gardiner, Joseph Niman, Jr., and Mark Carufel – City Clerk. 2. Approval of Agenda Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to approve the agenda as presented. Yes: All Motion carried. 3. Approval of meeting minutes of October 10, 2013 Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the meeting minutes of October 10, 2013 as presented. Yes: All Motion carried. 4. To Establish Absent Voter Counting Boards for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to establish six (6) Absent Voter Counting Boards for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Yes: All Motion carried. 5. Appointment of election inspectors for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner to approve the list of Election Inspectors appointed for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Yes: All Motion carried. 6. Appointment of election inspectors to the Receiving Board for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to approve the list of election inspectors appointed to the Receiving Board for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Yes: All Motion carried. 7. Appointment of Board of Election Inspectors to the Certifying Board for Precinct Delegates, for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election. Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the list of election inspectors appointed to the Certifying Board for Precinct Delegates for the August 5, 2014 Primary Election.
