Meeting called to order and roll call Chairman Carufel called the meeting to order at 2:07 PM Commissioners present: John Gardiner, Joseph Niman, Jr., and Mark Carufel – City Clerk. 2. Approval of Agenda Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the agenda as presented. Yes: All Motion carried. 3. Approval of meeting minutes of July 10, 2014 Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the meeting minutes of July 10, 2014 as presented. Yes: All Motion carried. 4. To Establish Absent Voter Counting Boards for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to establish seven (7) Absent Voter Counting Boards for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Yes: All Motion carried. 5. Appointment of election inspectors for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Moved by Gardiner, seconded by Niman, to approve the list of Election Inspectors appointed for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Yes: All Motion carried. 6. Appointment of election inspectors to the Receiving Board for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Moved by Niman, seconded by Gardiner, to approve the list of election inspectors appointed to the Receiving Board for the November 4, 2014 General Election. Yes: All Motion carried.
