Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried. Motion to Approve the CONSENT AGENDA as presented Moved by Rowinski, supported by Pomaville, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. A. To approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 25, 2023. Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried. New Business To Consider the Consulting Agreement between the City of Sterling Heights Local Development Finance Authority and ROI Strategic Business Solutions, LLC. ROI Strategic Business Solutions, LLC Advisors will provide business analysis and consulting services to The City of Sterling Heights – Local Development Finance Authority, 6633 18 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48314. Ms. Boyle stated that she and Ms. Mcpherson interviewed candidates for the vacancy. Ms. Boyle stated that Rick Venet has an extensive network and has worked in Macomb County bringing skills and network connections to the position of EIR. This is to fill the vacancy created with the departure of Rachel Downs. Moved by Pomaville, supported by Balsamo to approve the Consulting Agreement between the City of Sterling Heights Local Development Finance Authority and ROI Strategic Business Solutions, LLC. ROI Strategic Business Solutions, LLC Advisors will provide business analysis and consulting services to The City of Sterling Heights – Local Development Finance Authority, 6633 18 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48314. Update – April Boyle, Senior Advisor for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ms. Boyle provided information in regards to recent events and activity since the last LDFA meeting in July.
