Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Agenda A. Approval of 10/8/19 Meeting Minutes ● Genevieve moved to apply changes to the attendance account of Ian Payne being present twice first motioned by Korey Zelda and seconded by Amanda Young B. Presentation and Discussion with Police Chief Dale Dwojakowski and Fire Chief Chris Martin ● There was a great discussion about what could be done to help in the recruitment efforts of police and fire, and possibly attending another meeting to talk about the efforts the board has made.  C. Review Example 5-Year Plans and Start Discussing Strategy/Goals/Objectives for YAB ● The board was given an outline to help guide through the process of their 5-year plan. It was covered how to break down the plan, and the setup of their presentation in to be given in May. D. Break Into Sub-Committees to Discuss Assigned Focus Topics ● Each subteam started to break down what they need to plan and to set any future meetings to discuss such plans in further detail before the next meeting. 4.
