Chairman Kent Bradley called the meeting to order at 12:00 pm and asked for roll call.

• Director of Water Utilities James Driskel referred to Memorandum of Reported Rural Data for
Fourth Quarter of 2025 and provided updates and gave the board opportunity to ask
questions.

• Theron Smith of 7415 North Range Road expressed desire to hear about progress on the
Yost Zone’s water system and requested progress reports from City staff.
• Theron expressed confusion about a $50 meter request fee.

• Mr. Bradley stated that this coming summer could have another high fire risk.
• Next meeting scheduled for April 16, 2026.

• Mr. Bradley asked if there were any further comments or questions; none responded. Mr.
Pickens moved to adjourn; Mr. Wick seconded.
