Update on the Rural Water Corp #3 Agreement, Exhibit C Phase I and Phase II Projects. (No action will be taken on this item.) iii. Update on current water utility projects affecting Rural Water Corp #3. (No action will be taken on this item.) iv. Proposed schedule of new Yost Tower, water line, and pump station (No action will be taken on this item.) v. Water testing for PFOA (No action will be taken on this item.) vi. Call Meeting to Order Chairman Kent Bradley called the meeting to order at 12:00 pm and asked for roll call. Roll Call: Bradley Pickens Furman Wick Present Present Absent Present Quorum established. 2.a. Consider approval of the October 16, 2025, minutes. Mr. Pickens moved to approve minutes; Mr. Wick seconded. Roll Call: Bradley Pickens Wick Yes Yes Yes Motion passed 3-0. 2.b.i. Items, including leaks and repairs, affecting Rural Water Corp #3 Customers • Director of Water Utilities James Driskel referred to Memorandum of Reported Rural Data for Fourth Quarter of 2025 and provided updates and gave the board opportunity to ask questions. No action taken. 2.b.ii. Update on the Rural Water Corp #3 Agreement, Exhibit C Phase I and Phase II Projects. • No action taken. 2.b.iii. Update on current water utility projects affecting Rural Water Corp #3. • No action taken. 2.b.iv Proposed schedule of new Yost Tower, water line, and pump station • No action taken. Public Comment • Theron Smith of 7415 North Range Road expressed desire to hear about progress on the Yost Zone’s water system and requested progress reports from City staff. • Theron expressed confusion about a $50 meter request fee. 4. Reports from Officers and Boards • Mr. Bradley stated that this coming summer could have another high fire risk. • Next meeting scheduled for April 16, 2026. 5. Adjourn • Mr. Bradley asked if there were any further comments or questions; none responded. Mr. Pickens moved to adjourn; Mr. Wick seconded.
