Call Meeting to Order Chairman Kent Bradley called the meeting to order at 12:00 pm and asked for roll call. No action taken. 2.b.ii. Update on the Rural Water Corp #3 Agreement, Exhibit C Phase I and Phase II Projects. • No action taken. 2.b.iii. Public Comment • Theron Smith of 7415 North Range Road expressed desire to hear about progress on the Yost Zone’s water system and requested progress reports from City staff. • Theron expressed confusion about a $50 meter request fee. 4. Reports from Officers and Boards • Mr. Bradley stated that this coming summer could have another high fire risk. • Next meeting scheduled for April 16, 2026. 5.
