Mission Statement Tillman The mission of the Stockbridge Citizens Police Advisory Council is to enhance the level of trust, understanding and involvement between the community and the SPD.by serving as an advisory and network resource for the Chief of Police in the Police Chief formation of strategies, policy development and public awareness for the safety and quality of life for the citizens of Stockbridge, Georga.
