Commissioners Approval of Meeting Agenda – September 07, 2023 Approval of the Minutes from – August 03, 2023 PUBLIC COMMENT UNFINISHED BUSINESS • Note: All five ordinances and one resolution were approved on August 07, 2023, by the Village Council without any changes. They went into effect on August 16, 2023. • Update on status of completing master plan update. NEW BUSINESS 1. McKenna will plan on tabling at the two upcoming Village-wide events: All Clubs day September 17, 2023 Harvest Festival September 30 McKenna will have the QR code there for people to scan and take the survey, as well as a “Big Idea” board that folks can put sticky notes on with their ideas for the Village. My recommendation is to close out the survey by the middle to end of October, at which point we will work on the analysis and can get the Planning Commission a first draft of the Master Plan to review by November. Is there a November Planning Commission meeting already scheduled?
