WebEx - if you wish to join the meeting virtually, you must email city.clerk@stocktonca.gov no later than 90 minutes prior to the meeting on the day of the meeting to request a WebEx link. 5. In-Person Comments – a) Speakers must submit “request to speak cards" to the Clerk prior to the Public Comment portion of the agenda.
