Execute Amendment No. 2 to the Service Contract with Ready to Work of Stockton, CA, for the Homeless Employment Litter Program, Project No. OM-18-093, to increase the not to exceed amount in Fiscal Year 2018-19 to $250,000, for a total contract amount of $492,000.
