Award a five-year license and maintenance agreement between the City of Stockton and Azteca Systems, Inc., for maintenance and support of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Municipal Utilities and Public Works Departments, at the cost of $700,000, or $140,000 per year. It is further recommended that the City Manager be authorized to take all necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this motion. Transfer funds and make corresponding budget appropriations in the amount of $130,000 to the Left-Turn Lane Additions at Various Locations, Project No. PW1720/Federal Project No. CML-5008(169) from the Traffic Signal Modification Program, Project No. PW1529. 4. Utilize the National IPA (NIPA) Cooperative Agreement Contract Number 2018011-01 approved by Council on February 5, 2019, Motion 2019-02-05-1110; and award a contract with CDW Government LLC (CDW-G) for a term which ends on February 28, 2023, for Information Technology Solutions and Services for a total estimated amount of $12,500,000 for the term of the contract, which includes renewal option terms (Attachment A); and 2. Approve findings which support and justify an exception to the competitive bid process; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to take necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this motion.
