3.2 14-1316 AMENDMENT OF TITLE 9, CHAPTER 9.20 OF THE STOCKTON
MUNICIPAL CODE REPEALING SECTIONS 9.20.010 THROUGH
9.20.040
Recommended Action: It is recommended that this committee consider the proposed
amendment to Title 9, Chapter 9.20 repealing Sections 9.20.010 through
9.20.040, and, if appropriate, recommend to the City Council that the
Amendments be adopted.
