Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Legislation/Environment Committee discuss a
proposed ordinance to amend Title 2. Chapter 2.94 of the Stockton
Municipal Code concerning the Stockton Arts Commission, and make
recommendations to the City Council.

Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
Presented for the Committee's consideration, review, and discussion are
revisions to the Industrial Pretreatment Program Sewer Use Ordinance
(Ordinance) - Stockton Municipal Code (SMC) Chapter 13.08 and the
Industrial Pretreatment Program Enforcement Response Plan (ERP). It is
recommended that the Committee forward such revisions to Council for
consideration and adoption.

3.4 15-1921 CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2,
CHAPTER 2.12 OF THE STOCKTON MUNICIPAL CODE
ELIMINATING A CANDIDATE FILING FEE AND MANDATING THE
ELECTRONIC AND PAPERLESS FILING OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE
DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS AND STATEMENTS OF ECONOMIC
INTEREST
Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
Presented for the Committee's consideration, review, and discussion is a
proposed ordinance which would delete current section 2.12.010 of the
Stockton Municipal Code, eliminating the $25.00 candidate filing fee, and
add language to mandate the electronic and paperless filing of campaign
finance disclosure statements by elected officials, candidates, and
committees (Attachment A) and mandate the electronic and paperless
filing of the Statement of Economic Interest by filers identified in the City's
Conflict of Interest Code. It is recommended that the Committee forward
such an ordinance to Council for consideration and adoption.
