Department: City Clerk Attachments: Attachment A - 2019-09-30 Minutes for Approval Attachment B - 2019-11-18 Minutes for Approval 3.2 20-6230 OVERVIEW OF POLICY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HOMELESSNESS, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND HOUSING Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION The Legislation/Environmental Committee is asked to receive an informational presentation regarding policy development activities related to homelessness, affordable housing and housing. No action is requested. Department: Community Development 3.3 20-6244 DISCUSS ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.98.020 RELATED TO THE CANNABIS REGULATORY PROGRAM’S WORKFORCE DIVERSITY PROGRAM Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Council Legislation/Environmental Committee forward a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the proposed ordinance amending the Stockton Municipal Code, Title 5, Chapters 5.98.020, related to the City of Stockton Cannabis Regulatory Program's Workforce Diversity Program.
