No action is requested. Department: Community Development 3.3 20-6244 DISCUSS ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.98.020 RELATED TO THE CANNABIS REGULATORY PROGRAM’S WORKFORCE DIVERSITY PROGRAM Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Council Legislation/Environmental Committee forward a recommendation to the City Council to adopt the proposed ordinance amending the Stockton Municipal Code, Title 5, Chapters 5.98.020, related to the City of Stockton Cannabis Regulatory Program's Workforce Diversity Program.
