Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Legislation and Environmental Committee
("Committee") consider the proposed ordinance amending Title 5 of the
Stockton Municipal Code ("SMC") to require tobacco retailers to obtain a
license and forward a version to the City Council for adoption.

Council Policy establishing rules to restrict the purchase and distribution of
single-use plastics by City representatives and contractors.
