It is recommended that the Council Water Committee approve the
Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Groundwater
Sustainability Plan Update/Adoption Schedule.

WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY MODIFICATIONS PROJECT;
AND FORWARD A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL
Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Council Water Committee consider the Draft
Staff Report - Approve Contract Change Order No. 2 with Robertson-Bryan,
Inc. for Project Manager Services for the Regional Wastewater Control
Facility Modifications Project; and forward a recommendation to the City
Council for consideration and approval.

Staff Report - Award a Professional Services Contract for Construction
Representative for the Regional Wastewater Control Facility Modifications
Project, and forward a recommendation to the City Council for
consideration and approval.

WIFIA Loan Agreement for the Planning, Designm and Construction of the
RWCF Modifications Project, Pledge Revenues as Security for Payment of
the WIFIA Loan Agreement, and Reimbursement of City's Expenditures
Paid Prior to the Loan Agreement; and forward a recommendation to the
City Council for consideration and approval.
