FOR THE WATER COST OF SERVICE RATE STUDY; AND FORWARD A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Council Water Committee consider the Draft Staff Report - Award a Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Water Cost of Service Rate Study; and forward a recommendation the City Council for consideration and approval.
