Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Council Water Committee consider the Draft
Staff Report - Adopt Ordinances to Amend Title 15, Chapter 15.48 and Title
13, Chapter 13.20 of the Stockton Municipal Code, Related to the Grading
and Erosion Control and the Stormwater Quality Control Criteria Plan and
forward a recommendation to the City Council for consideration and
approval.
