To initiate the periodic review of compliance by requesting from the developer of Spanos Park West Business Park a periodic review progress report of the project to comply with the terms of the Development Agreement (#1-00). 2. To initiate the periodic review of compliance by requesting from the developer of Spanos Park West a periodic review progress report of the project to comply with the terms of the Density Transfer Agreement (#3-01). It is recommended that the Planning Commission Chair be authorized to take appropriate and necessary actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this motion. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Rosenberg’s Rules of Order. B. Each person wishing to address the Planning Commission is encouraged to fill out a speaker card located at the podium. Each speaker will then be called forward to the podium to speak in the order in which their speaker card was received.
