P23-0062) Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt a resolution: 1. Finding that the project is categorically exempt from the CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301(a) (Existing Facilites) since the project will occupy an existing industrial building facility and no expansion of use is proposed. 2. Approving a Commission Use Permit to allow the establishment of a proposed cannabis microbusiness within a portion of an existing industrial building, in accordance with the findings and subject to the conditions found in the Proposed Resolution. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Rosenberg’s Rules of Order. B. Each person wishing to address the Planning Commission is encouraged to fill out a speaker card located at the podium. Each speaker will then be called forward to the podium to speak in the order in which their speaker card was received.
