Approve forwarding the Draft Staff Report - Resolution Approving the Award
of a Contract to HDR Engineering, Inc., for the Wastewater Cost of Service
Rate Study and Amend the FY 2017-18 Annual Budget, to the Council
Water Committee for review and consideration.

Hearing is opened. If a large number of people desire to speak at a Public Hearing, the Chair may reduce the
