Approval of November 19, 2024 Meeting Minutes b. Review and Discussion of Article V - Finance and Fiscal • Section 5.07 - Audits • Section 5.08 - "Freeze" Exemption for clarity on the language, meaning, and application • Possible Section 5.13 - Local "Floating" Exemption to preemptively address the possible removal or annualization of HB581's "opt out" provision c. Review and Discussion of Article I - Creation, Incorporation, Powers • Section 1.03 (37 (a)) - Millage Rate Cap – Mandatory referendum d. Schedule and Approve the next Commission meeting date e.
