There is a two (2) minute time limit for each speaker submitting or reading a public comment. VIII. PUBLIC HEARINGS Citizens wishing to participate and comment during the public hearing portion of the meeting may comment in person. As an alternative, you can submit comments and questions to the same email address by the same deadline to be read into the record at the meeting.
