OLD BUSINESS: a. Adopt Stonecrest Transportation Master Plan- Approved b. Approve Stonecrest 2020 Paving Project - Phase 2- Deferred to 9/28/2020 Meeting c. Approve Stonecrest Housing Authority IGA- Approved d. Approve DeKalb County Health Department IGA for COVID-19 Testing- Approved e. Stonecrest Annexation Plan- Approval given to Mayor to gather information XII. NEW BUSINESS: a.
