CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jason Lary ROLL CALL: All Members Present II. AGENDA ITEMS 1. Executive Session for Pending Litigation Motion 1- was made by Mayor Jason Lary to go into Executive on and was seconded by Council member George Turner. Motion passed unanimously. Motion 2- was made by Council Member Rob Turner to adjourn the Executive Session and go into the Special Called Meeting and was seconded by Council Member Tammy Grimes. Motion passed unanimously. III. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Lary adjourned the meeting at 7:06pm.
