PETITION: V26-001 PETITIONER: Hugh Delaney of D2construcction Services LOCATION: 2955 Klondike Road PETITIONER’S REQUEST: The request is for a variance from Section 3.5.7 of the city’s code to encroach into the transitional buffer for the installation of a street for a residential development.
