Citizens wishing to actively participate and comment during the public hearing portion of
the meeting may comment in person. You may also submit your request including your full
name, address, and position on the agenda item you are commenting on (for or against)
via email to Planning-Zoning@stonecrestga.gov by 5 pm the day before the Public Hearing,
October 14, 2024, to be read into the record at the meeting.
When it is your turn to speak, please state your name, address, and relationship to the
case.
There is a three (3) minute time limit for each speaker submitting or reading a public
comment. Individuals will be held to established time limits. Only the applicant may
reserve time for rebuttal.

PETITIONER’S REQUEST: The applicant is seeking a Special Administrative Permit (SAP) to operate
as a Type 1 Home Occupation for an administrative office use for a custom
screen printing and embroidery business.
LAND USE PETITION: SA24-083
PETITIONER: Tony Flanigan of J&A Flan Corp
LOCATION: 5509 Shirewick Lane
PETITIONER’S REQUEST: The applicant is seeking a Special Administrative Permit (SAP) to operate
as a Type 1 Home Occupation for an administrative office use for a
landscaping business.
