ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS A) Approve Improvements to Fairview Lodge Roof Joe Lucas, Parks and Recreation Superintendent, presented information about the condition of the Fairview Lodge Roof and some general pricing and suggestions for improvement. Motion by Solberg, seconded by Phillips, to approve Improvements to the Fairview Lodge Roof up to $30,000 and to obtain updated pricing that includes gutter guards for both the Fairview Lodge and the Carousel.
