Approve Ordinance Number 1274 to issue $950,000.00 in general obligation water refunding bonds. 10. Approve Resolution Number 2020-7 to Authorize the Mayor to Sign “Annual Certification of Program Compliance to Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards for 2020”. 11. Accept Resignation From Jill Eller from the Library Board. 12. Appoint Crystal Seydlitz to the Library Board. 13. Approve Ordinance Number 1273 Setting Wages for All Officials and Employees. 14.
