Appoint Jason Rosenkranz to the Library Board. 7. Accept Resignation from Mike Cotter from the Cemetery Board. 8. Approve Contract with AMGL to Assist with Budget Preparation. 9. Water Tower Painting Project: a. Discussion of Various Terms of the Loan Agreement. b. Discussion of Recommended Increase in Water Rates. c. Approve Resolution 2021-4 to Authorize the Mayor to Sign Agreements, Assurances, Etc. for the SRF Loan for the Water Tower Painting Project. 10. American Rescue Plan Act Funds: a. Discussion and Decision to Accept Federal Funds. b. Approve American Rescue Plan Act Application, Related Assurances, and Terms and Conditions. c. Authorize Nancy Bryan, City Clerk/Treasurer, to Set Up New Fund for American Rescue Plan Act Funds. d. Discuss Hiring a Firm to Administer the Grant. 11.
