Hearing to set the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year. b. Approve Increase in Restricted Funds Authority. c. Approve Resolution Number 2021-7 to Set the Final Tax Request. d. Approve Ordinance Number 1307 to Adopt the Budget. 6. Approve August 23, 2021 Minutes. 7. Accept August 2021 Police Report. 8. Discussion and Approval of Law Enforcement Contract. 9. Levi Miller: Approve Eagle Scout Project in Buckley Park. 10. Accept July 2021 Treasurer’s Report. 11. Approve Net-Metering Policy, Fee Schedule, etc. for Customers Who Install Solar Panels. 12. Approve Pay Request from Maguire Iron for Water Tower Painting and Repairs.  13. Appoint Shawn Prochaska to the Planning Commission. 14.
