Accept September 2021 Police Report. 7. First National Bank: a. Consideration of Resolution 2021-8 Authorizing the Call, on a Date to be Designated by the Mayor or the Clerk, of the City’s General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2017, Dated April 3, 2017, in the Outstanding principal Amount of $225,000. (West 2nd Street Drainage Project). b. Consideration of Ordinance No. 1309 Authorizing the Issuance, on a Date to be Designated by the Mayor or Clerk, of Up to $240,000 in General Obligation Various Purpose Refunding Bonds. (West 2nd Street Drainage Project). c. Consideration of Resolution No. 2021-9 Authorizing the Call, on a Date to be Designated by the Mayor or the Clerk, of the City’s General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Dated May 1, 2013 in the Outstanding Principal Amount of $270,000. (Elementary Park Subdivision and 3rd and High Paving). d. Consideration of Ordinance Number 1310 Authoring the Issuance, by the City of Stromsburg Municipal Facilities Corporation, on a Date to be Designated by the Corporation, of up to $940,000 in the Corporation’s lease Purchase Refunding Bonds.  e. Consideration of Resolution 2021-10 Authorizing the Call by the City of Stromsburg Municipal Facilities Corporation, on a Date to be Designated by the Corporation, of the Corporation’s Lease Purchase Refunding Bonds, Dated November 1, 2016, in the Outstanding Principal Amount of $930,000 and Authorizing Various Other Matters with Regard to Refunding the Outstanding Lease Purchase Refunding Bonds.
