Discussion and decision on the City entering into a Broadband Feasibility Study performed by National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) with NPPD Retail, York County, Perennial PPD, Polk County and Polk County RPPD with the cost of $2,000 per participants. a. Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Memo of Understanding. 8. Discussion and Decision of Allowing an Automatic External Defibrillator in the Square. 9. Discuss Vacant Property Registration Ordinance, Fee Schedule, and Other Requirements. 10. Approve Resolution 2021-12 Authorizing the Mayor to Sign the Year-End Certification of City Street Superintendent. 11. Accept Resignation from Travis Lane from the Ambulance Squad. 12.
