5. Approve March 28, 2022 Minutes.
6. Approve Correction to December 13, 2021 Minutes.
7. Accept March 2022 Police Report.
8. Accept February 2022 Treasurer’s Report.
9. Hillary Mundt: Update on 150th Celebration plans, costs for upcoming activities and
distribution of funds.
10. Approve Special Designated Liquor License for The Rose Colored Glass for Swedish
Dinner on May 21, 2022.
11. Approve Ambulance Officers.
12. Hire Lifeguard(s).
13. Discussion and Decision to Increase Pool Fees.
14. Discussion and Decision to Approve Ordinance Number 1312 to Amend Section 6-
449.01 of the Municipal Code Pertaining to the Consumption of Alcohol on City
Property.
15. Approve Two-Year Contract with Best Care Employee Assistance Program.
16. Discuss Proposed Contracts for Solar Project.
17. Highway 81 Rebuild Project:
a. Discussion and Decision to Approve Resolution 2022-8 to Authorize the Mayor
to Sign the Contract with the Nebraska Department of Transportation for the
Highway 81 Rebuild Project.
b. Discussion and Decision by Council to Increase Insurance Coverage for Light
Poles on Highway 81.
18. Discussion and Decision to Send Lenard Schaefer to the June 9, 2022 NPGA Meeting in
Fort Morgan, Colorado.
