Hearing and Decision regarding a proposed Ordinance to allow for an administrative procedure to approve lot splits, boundary adjustments, and lot combinations if certain criteria are met by allowing the Zoning Administrator to approve said splits, adjustments, and combinations without the requirements to create a subdivision plat, hold hearings, and be approved by the planning commission and city council. 9. Approve Ordinance Number 1370 to Authorize Procedure to Approve Plats, Lots Splits, Lot Combinations, etc. Administratively. 10. Approve Extension to April 18, 2024 for Housing Rehab Program. 11.
