5. Approve April 22, 2024 Minutes.
6. Accept April 2024 Police Report.
7. Accept March 2024 Treasurer’s Report.
8. Mike Rheiner to Discuss Public Concern Issue Raised in Audit and How to Prevent in the
Future.
9. Discussion and Decision to Request State Auditor to Perform Special Audit requested by
councilmember Lois Burke.
10. Hearing and Decision on Request from Ken Everingham for a Special Use Permit to have
up to 50 chickens at 1114 East 4th Street.
11. Discussion and Decision to Pay Various Costs Associated with the Bike Ride Across
Nebraska as requested by Cheri Giannou.
12. Discussion and Decision to Approve Resolution 2024-3 to Declare 109 East 9th Street a
Nuisance, to Abate the Nuisance, proceed with the Needed Repairs, and Assess the Costs
to the Property.
13. Discussion and Decision of January 22, 2024 excerpt of minutes for Municipal Code
violation.
14. Discuss Changes to LB 840 Guidelines Pertaining to Grants, Performance Based Loans,
the Program Administrator, and Other Changes as Needed.
15. Approve Downpayment for Library Carpet.
